Jack Drew, who runs a research laboratory , believes that the
global “information superhighway ” will be the source of a
social, as well as a technological , revolution. Drew
predicts that by the first quarter of the 21st
century, most homes will have terminals that are capable of
receiving son channels of information, services and television
as well as being cheap and convenient. The technology will
give consumers the power to select their entertainment,
